The subject of this procedure is scaffolding work:
As part of the basic usability of the congress hall, the building envelope, consisting of the street facade (granite), courtyard facade (tile) and roof, is to be worked on. There will be weather, especially for the demolition and sealing work on the roofA protective roof is required, for which an appropriate supporting structure must be erected. On the street side, the different terrain topography with three rampart sections and asphalted areas in between must be taken into account; on the courtyard side, the recess of the facade above the 1st floor must be taken into account.Upper floor. Some of the scaffolding will be converted into work and protective scaffolding. The scaffolding must be equipped with stair towers in accordance with DIN, and construction elevators must also be provided.
The construction process of the demolition and sealing measures requires a section-by-section approach, which is dependent on the weatherngt provides for a winter break and takes into account the interests of the bat population located there, particularly in sectors 1-2.
