Description:
The services include the cleaning of approx. 20,200 m² concrete surfaces in the basic run system of the lock, the lock chamber, the series of savings, as well as the entrance and exit areas of the ship lock system in the period from 08.03. until 18.03.2026, as well as residual water posture up to 25.03.2026.
The construction cleaning includes loosening, recording and transporting the cleaning goods to the waste disposal company. There are approx. 7,700 m² floor area, 9,800 m² of wall surface and approx. 2,650 m² ceiling surface. There are also approx. 1,400 m² areas on steel water components, such as lock gates and company closures for the filling and emptying process of the lock
for cleaning (Untertor, Obertor, 2 savings pool locks (SBV) and 4 longitudinal channel closures (LKV)).
The areas to be cleaned are largely under water when the lock is operated. The lock is drained in advance for this measure by the client (AG). The degree of purity must be produced in such a way that damage to concrete or steel water construction, in particular cracks, is clearly recognizable for a building test.
