- The online accounting and evaluation procedure KiBig.web was created on the basis of an agreement between the federal states of North Rhine-Westphalia and Bavaria as the further development of the Kibiz.web NRW funding procedure.
The program supports the application and approval processes for child-related fundingthe Bavarian Child Education and Care Act (BaykiBig) for approx. 11,000 institutions in which around 650,000 children are looked after. The annual volume of state and municipal funding is around 6 billion euros.
In addition to the child -related support according to the Baykibigthe parents' contribution grant from the 1st year of kindergarten and voluntary state services, such as the personnel bonus, the promotion of assistance for children in day care centers, language specialists and the promotion of operating costs from federal funds according to the Child Promotion Act (KIFOeG) in the systemCalculated. The present procurement procedure is intended to ensure that from 01.07.2025 the existing online-based billing and evaluation system KiBig.web, beforeespecially with regard to the requirements of the Baykibig and the Bavarian execution of the authorities, continues to be continuously maintained and developed if necessary.
