Description:
The aim of this tender is the conclusion of a work contract for the entertainment and maintenance of the horticultural outdoor facilities, paths, roof terraces and parking spaces on the site of the wood and metal department at the Stuttgart site.
Nursing Stuttgart outdoor area
As a contract, the 01.01.2026. The enclosed work contract has a term of two years (contract years). The contract is automatically extended by one further contract year, provided that the client does not have a period of 3 months before the end of the current contract year is terminated. After the fourth year of the contract has expired, the contract ends without being terminated. When the extension options have been exercised, the contract ends on December 31, 2029.
The estimated order volume amounts to around EUR 20,000 net per contract year, plus the service for Tree cut as required for approx. EUR 7,000. For the possible 4 contract years, a total volume of approx. EUR 87,000 net (including 1x tree cut). Regardless of the order quantity actually exercised, the orders will not exceed a sum of EUR 100,000/net (maximum value).
