Description:
The contractor first examines the central research knowledge on the demand situation and applicant acquisition as part of a literature review (AP 3.1). Furthermore, the contractor researches and systematized criteria for training quality (AP 3.2) and Examples of good practice of successful strategies of applicant acquisition (AP 3.3). A comprehensive empirical analysis of the demand situation, applicant acquisition and training quality is implemented via quantitative and qualitative secondary analyzes of existing BIBB data sets (AP 3.4). In addition, the Order an exploratory examination for non-realized demand in nursing training (AP 3.5). In order to contextualize the demand situation and the development of impulses for strategies for applicant acquisition, the contractor realizes an analysis of the public and media images of the Care (AP 3.6). Another part of the research mandate is the preparation of the knowledge gained into practice for the target group -specific transfer.
