Description:
The aim of the project is the complete digitization of all tissue cuts of the clinical Rou-intodiagnostics of the Gerhard Domagk Institute for Pathology, the implementation of a modern image management system for virtual diagnosis, the successive introduction of AI-based procedures forOptimization of diagnostics and the long-term storage of all image data as a virtu-eches archive, which is also the basis for the development of AI-based algorithms using WHO-conformer expert diagnoses. This transformation process is contemporary and elementary for the optimization of theDiagnostics in pathology as well as the perspective listing of the Patholo-Gie in national and international networks. Several high-through-piece object carriers are procured and integrated into the infrastructure of the Gerhard Domagk Institute or the central IT. The high -resolutionScandaten is analyzed by means of a specific image management system, which currently has possibilities of digital evaluation (metric data, expression levels of diagnostic Mar-Ker) and is steadily developed in this regard. The subsequent assessment of findingstakes place in the lis of the pathology (Nexus) via digital speech recognition and is transferred to the KIS and DMS by interface. The image data is archived in a differentiated differentiated speech area. This is provided by the UKM IT department and does not have to be bought.The described transformation of the diagnostic processes requires a specific professional coordination, which is also based on the experience of other locations, for which the corresponding personnel funds for the GB IT and the Gerhard Domagk Institute are also required.
