Description:
The Zollverein Foundation intends the commissioning of the object planning in accordance with Section 43 HOAI (power of engineering buildings) for securing and building the route of the monument path on the grounds of the former Zollverein Kokerei in Essen. Services according to the performance profile are requiredFor the object planning engineering structures according to Appendix 12 to § 43 HOAI. The scope of services includes all the necessary basic services and the necessary special services of the service phases 2 to 8. Should not be seen in the offer phase that not all basic services are required,a reduction in the scope of services according to the Siemon table HOAI is negotiable. The service phase 1 was carried out extensively in advance to determine the costs (November 2023). The aim is to plan and implement the renovation measures for permanent repairs underMonument conservation points of view when the monument is extensive. After securing the buildings, the route of the monument path is prepared. A detailed description of the measure can be found in the tender documents. The specialFramework conditions regarding the times are strictly observed.
