New construction parking garage
The subject of the planning is the construction of a new parking garage in open, elemented system construction1324 parking spaces with a focus on the University of the Bundeswehr Munich. It is to be built as one of three new parking garages in the property on the southeastern part of a former large parking lot within the property. The parking garage shouldare planned as an open large garage according to the garage and parking space regulation. The western part of the former large parking lot is newly built with 660 accommodations for students from the Unibw.
The start of construction of the parking garage 2 (East) is planned in March 2029/ construction site freedomspossibly already at the end of 2027.
Due to the newly created 660 accommodations for students and the newly planned parking garage east, the military security area (MSB) will be expanded in the future, as well as corresponding access and access.
This project is a separate measure of theProperty and not the subject of the order. Nevertheless, this fact must be taken into account in the pre- and design planning of the new Parkhaus east.
