The new building is built as a office building for the State Building Office in Munich 2 and mainly with individual/ double offices (98Workplaces) as well as meeting rooms (Nuf 1-6: 1.454m2 and Nuf 1-7: 1.614m2). The BGF is 3,138m2. The office building is being built on Marchioninistrasse as the third construction phase for the existing building complexes (office and administration building; Haus Sigmund).
The new building is asWood hybrid construction designed. In the sense of the hybrid construction, the materials are combined wood, concrete and steel to use the advantages of the respective materials. The wood hybrid construction is characterized, among other things, by the fact that wood is particularlyis used. In the present draft, this is implemented, for example, by using the ceilings, interior supports and outer walls.
The building is designed as a passive house- according to the rooms, among other things, the rooms are checked/ mechanically ventilated. The heating/ cooling is via ceiling sail(except in the field area). Household installations are visibly installed - accordingly there is a high optical claim to the execution.
