Description:
The planned measure includes the construction of a new shared accommodation in a modular construction in wooden construction for up to 200 refugees on a property on the Stummer/Servetstrasse, hallway no. 678, Allach-Untermenzing district. The property is an undeveloped approx. 8,400M2 area that has so far been used for agriculture.
As part of the planned construction work, a urban emergency district for approx. 200 people is to be built in a 2-storey construction. The planning is primarily for the target group of single people and families. The accommodation is inDouble rooms and family apartments planned. In addition to common rooms and kitchens, the sanitary equipment should take place in individual and community sanitary areas. The temporary construction is to be built in a modular system construction by a general contractor. Based on the design andApproval planning is carried out by the general contractor. The performance images to be commissioned are adapted accordingly.
