Object planning services Buildings for the conversion of the main fire station of the city of Ueberlingen: basic services in accordance with Appendix 10 to Section 34 (4) HOAI.
Object planning building
According to requirements, the city of Ueberlingen intends to fundamentally rebuild the area of the main fire station And to redesign to meet today's requirements for the fire brigade and to maintain their performance in the future. The previous fire brigade area consists of a single -storey, non -basement vehicle hall from the 1950s and a two -storey company building With a basement from the 80s. The vehicle hall from the 1950s is to be demolished and replaced by a two -storey, non -basement new building with a vehicle hall and storage areas on the ground floor and other adjoining rooms on the upper floor. In the vehicle hall, total 22 pitches of size 3 required.
