Building: Ulm, Stuttgarter Strasse 199, Wilhelmsburg barracks - New Chamber building WiBu (D2), intended is the commissioning of object planning services for buildings according to Part 3 Section 1 HOAI, performance phases for allocation: 3, 5, 6, 7 and 8 HOAI. The estimated total construction costs are€ 3,900,000.00 gross (cost groups 200 to 600). Construction begins: beginning 09/2026, completion: 06/2028, handover 07/2028,
Task description:
The measure includes the construction of a chamber building (warehouse building) with the partial termination of an existing building. The chamber building is a warehouse buildingwhich does not serve as a storage and storage area of certain departments, but also serves to store and management of objects and materials that are not spent on constant use. In addition to the storage rooms, the room program includes service rooms for 8 jobs and socialand sanitary rooms. Building dimensions new building approx. 40.00 x 30.00 x 10.00m.
