Building: Ulm, Stuttgarter Strasse 199, Wilhelmsburg barracks - Adaptation Hygiene Sanversz (D2), The commissioning of object planning services for buildings according to Part 3 Section 1 HOAI is intended: 2.3.5.6.7 and 8, the estimated total construction costs are: 2,200,000 € gross (estimated costs of the 200-600 cost group). Building: 05/2027, completion: 12/2028, handover: 01/2030, description of tasks: The Wilhelmsburg barracks is located on the outskirts of Ulm. A medical supply center was made as a new building at this location in 2020. Existing: When the overgaining tires were determined, various points that require a change were found. In the case of the flushing facilities, the legally required hygiene standards must be adapted. Furthermore, rectification measures are in the field of building technology, the furnishings of the medical service, as well as in other areas.
