This deals with the support and processing of building maintenance in the properties of the TUM in the inner city area.
Starting base is a list of construction needs. This is divided into individual building maintenance measures of smaller and larger scope - depending on the estimated construction costs.
The measures are accessed individually by means of an FBT individual order to provide the FBT services.
The State Building Office in Munich 2 is responsible for the implementation of building maintenance measures in existing properties of the Technical University of Munich. These existing buildings, which are the subject of this tender, are very heterogeneous, the building fabric as well as the technical equipment is sufficient for overhaul until almost freshly renovated. In some buildings, conversion or energy measures are pending. Individual buildings are registered monuments or are under ensemble protection. Mainly it is administrative and teaching buildings with a high to very high number of people and Institute buildings that can also have laboratory units.
