Darss: Planning services for the construction project "Energetic renovation, redesign and modernization of an apartment building (formerly holiday accommodation) in Seebad Born a. Darss (BAG 235 Chausseestrasse 70a)". Lot 1: Object planning Buildings and interiors Performance phases 1-9 According to § 34 HOAI 2021 with special services, the content and scope of which have not yet been determined. The municipality of Seebad Born a. Darss intends planning services for the renovation of a building on a municipal group in Chausseestrasse 70a, Born Flur 10, parcel 7/10, forgive. The property is located in the immediate vicinity of the Koppelstrom / Bodstedter Bodden and is to be opened up via Chausseestrasse. The building has been unused and empty for about 20 years. A identical building in the immediate vicinity (No. 68) was renovated in the early 2000s, in which the office is for the communities of Darss/Fischland. The municipality strives for a renovation and redesign to the residential building as well as adaptation to today's living standards taking into account current legal requirements. The project runs in the Darss/Fischland office under the name "BAG 235 CHAUSSEESETRATH 70A". The following planning criteria and requirements of the municipality should be observed:-The building should contain at least 14 apartments (permanent living) and a general practitioner practice and a physiotherapy practice. - cannot be planned: basement, elevator and shutters. - The apartments should receive a terrace or a balcony. - A bicycle storage area and storage rooms of the tenants must be planned. - The bathroom of every apartment can be planned with a window. - Access for the parking spaces and the building should be from Chausseestrasse and separately from the driveway of the building of the Darss/Fischland office.
