Description:
The subject of the service is the object planning of the engineering structure including structural planning of the Heidesteg in the Tegeler Stadtheide. It is essential that the criteria for the design are met.
Object planning, engineering structure and structural planning
As of December 15, 2021, Gruen Berlin GmbH is responsibleng for the management and future development of the northern airfield and runway of the former Tegel Airport (Tegeler Stadtheide). A nature and landscape protection area and innovative open space with offers for leisure use, education are to be created on an area of currently 152 hectaresg and research will arise in the future. As an infrastructural design element, an elevated structure is planned through the pasture area with the working title "Heidesteg".
With this tender, Gruen Berlin GmbH is looking for a suitable specialist office that will be part of the overall developmentg of the landscape area of the Tegel city heath, the services of object planning of the engineering structure of the Heidesteg in service phases 1-9 and structural planning of the Heidesteg in service phases 1-6 are guaranteed.
