• Description:
• The subject of the services to be awarded are those of the object planning of engineering structures within the meaning of Section 41 HOAI and Annex 12 to Section 43 Paragraph 3 HOAI for the project in question. For a general description see No. 2.1, the task as well as the tender documents. In the service profile of object planning for engineering structures, the task will be to develop sketchy solution ideas with a cost framework for implementation for 2 options: Option 1: Renovation of the existing stock in accordance with the present report with unchanged design of the pools and retention of the buildings and their use. Option 2: Renovation by redesigning and optimizing the solar outdoor pool in order to achieve more economical solutions. For the development of the sketchy solution ideas, the bidders invited to the award negotiations in the property planning engineering structures service will receive remuneration in the amount of: €6,000.00 net after completion of the negotiation process, provided the sketchy solution ideas be presented on time and meet the specified planning parameters. This remuneration will be offset against the contractually agreed fee for the bidder who is awarded the contract. The client decides within the 2.
