Description:
The city of Delmenhorst is planning a single -storey new building with 5AUR, 1 multifunctional room and ancillary rooms as a replacement for existing mobile construction at the Knisterchule. The new building should take place in two construction phases in wooden frame/ modular construction. After the 1st phase of construction the existing mobile construction is first demolished (not the task of the object planner). The BGF is approx. 540 m2.

Description of the planned measure in the back of the site of the crackling school on Adelheider Str. over 50 years of mobile construction can be replaced by a single new building. The existing mobile construction is in need of renovation and no longer operated economically. The new building takes place in two construction phases. Since the students cannot be accommodated elsewhere, the 1. Construction phase initially built at least 2 Aur. The exhaustive mobile construction is then torn down.
