Description:
To ensure future legal claim to a childcare place, the main location of the Jakobus School in the core city of Ennigerloh is to be rebuilt and expanded. The school is to be led 1-drawn at its main location in the future. From an external specialist office, the implementationDetermined usable space of 1,000 sqm. If possible, this should be realized in the existing listed school building. If this is not possible, an expansion is sought on the existing school area. In the course of the project, the planning framework developed with the specialist officefor benefits and future-oriented organizational and spatial programs of all-day primary schools are applied to both the existing buildings and on any required expansion. A concrete space program must use the separately commissioned object planner with theUsers and the administration are determined as part of the service phase 1. The school should (as far as possible also in the listed stock) be used barrier -free, both by the employees as well as the school children and their relatives. On the principle of "school of commonLearning "is particularly important. The listed inventory should be carefully (also energetically) renovated in close cooperation with the Lower Monument Authority and the LWL. Necessary renovation and/or expansion measures must also be coordinated with UDB and LWL.The order are the architectural services required for the project to perform object planning interiors (interior design) and engineering services to the performance of construction physics (only for the area of space).
