It is a solution proposal (project sketch) to impart a design idea for the construction of the sports and leisure pool in Villingen-Schwenningen. - Negotiation procedures with proposed solutions
Planning task is the construction of a "centralBathing ", which takes the need for a contemporary sports and leisure pool to take into account architecturally appealing.to demonstrate the value of the areas and the internal functionality. This is to be created as the possible climate-neutral sports and leisure pool Bad, which takes into account the individual demands of the different user groups. The bathroom is supposed to have a total of 5 pools with a wide variety ofPerfect requirements: 2 sports pools, 1 teaching pool with lifting floor, 1 multi -purpose pool and 1 toddler pool. In addition, a catering area and a kiosk are to be integrated. Economic and clear development (barrier -free) of all areas of use is sought. AlsoA sauna area with initially 3 saunas (indoor or outdoors) as well as the area assigned to the area is to be implemented.
For the construction measure, a budget of a total of approximately EUR 38.8 million (net) is specified for the cost groups 300 to 500 according to DIN 276.
