The over 50 -year -old park near the Sendlinger Tor Platz shows deficits in its appearance despite continuous care. Despite existing potential with versatile play options, historical monuments, a fountain complex, remarkable trees, as well as a newly built, publicToilet facility, the park is currently being used only a little. In view of these challenges, the green area should be carefully converted according to an aesthetic, functional and inclusive overall concept, taking into account monument protection and the interests of nature and species protectionand being renovated.
