Description:
The planned public green area "Kreativpark" is located between Dachauer Strasse and Hessstrasse in Munich. It is created as a green component of the "creative district", in which living and working are linked to art, culture and knowledge. The basis is based on the development plan with green order no.2096a, as well as the existing planning concept on which the advertised performance of this VGVS (LPH 6-9) builds up.
The existing planning concept provides a lowered, large lawn area as a play and lawn in the middle of the large central green area. This lawn is both forDachauer Strasse as well as the Hessstrasse with species-rich meadow, shrub and tree plantings.
On the southern side, a space between the barrel and juice hall is continued as a water-bound pathway into the central green area and forms a green one with a tree groveFrame for the large space between the halls.
In the public green area, three play areas are located for school children: one in the north of the central green area, one in the green area west of the barrel hall and one east of the Jutierhalle. Due to the different spatial placementDifferent game characters develop.
