University building authorities in Stuttgart and Hohenheim, Hohenheim campus, lower and upper Lindenhof test stations, freelance building maintenance services, property planning services for building maintenance work, framework agreement for the year 2023 onwards for the lower and upper Lindenhof (University of Hohenheim).
The intention is to commission a framework agreement for object planning services for buildings and interiors for the planning implementation and monitoring of building maintenance work according to Part 3 Section 1 of the HOAI, for the Hohenheim campus, test stations Unterer and Oberer Lindenhof.
The state-owned buildings are within the area of responsibility of the university building authorities in Stuttgart and Hohenheim and are used and managed by different institutions.
The University of Hohenheim operates an agricultural research station at the Lindenhoefe site, which sich divided into the upper and lower Lindenhof due to the topographical conditions. The focus is on animal husbandry (Unterer Lindenhof) and crop plant research (Oberer Lindenhof).
The property has around 40 buildings for a wide variety of uses. the buildingsThe substance comprises a total of 26,700 m2 of usable space (NUF 1-7).
