The subject of the present tenders are services of the object planning buildings and interiors according to § 34 HOAI 2021 in conjunction with Annex 10.1, Performance phases 1 to 9 for the new building regional supplier of the Ostalb clinics at the Essingen location. The scope of the one to be provided by the contractor Benefits results from the architectural contract and the facilities. The contractor has carefully examined the contractual components with the expertise of an experienced object planner for contradictions, gaps, mistakes, inconsistencies and ambiguities and the client immediately in writing to point out. In addition, the contracting parties agree that this obligation has already applied to the stage of the contract.
