Description:
The subject of the measure is the modernization of the heating systems in houses 6 and 10 of the HILICAL HOUSE of the Measurement Environment Berlin (KMV).
By the planning office, the following services of the object planning must be provided:
- Performance Painting Building & interiors (§ 33ff. HOAI, in conjunction with Appendix10):
Basic services in the service phases 3 and 5- 8
- as an additional service: Creating a testifiable construction planning document (BPU) in accordance with the supplementary execution regulations on § 24 LHO Berlin
is partially commissioned by level 2 (Hoai performance phase 3, proportionate 5)The following options:
- Level 2 (remaining performance phase 5)
- Level 3 (performance phases 6+7)
- Level 4 (performance phase 8)
If the household law framework changes, the performance images must be adjusted accordingly.
