Order of the order are planning services for the new construction of the constructionOperative center-along with the associated open/traffic areas-at the location of the Muenster University Hospital. The assignment is gradually/optionally. Services of the object planning for buildings and interiors as well as the services of object planning for free/transport systems are required. With theThe initial order level is initially commissioned the associated planning services of service phases 1 and 2 in the sense of the HOAI. It is currently intended that with presentation of the so -called early cost calculation to LPH 2 ("qualified preliminary planning") and if thenamed Pro-jekt targets have been reached by the client by commissioning the service phases 3 and 4 as the second order level to the contractor commissioned until then. The other performance phases - LPH 5 and the following - will only be laterCalled by the client if necessary. Overall, an order option is scheduled for overall from the HOAI performance phase 3. The contractor's claim to the commissioning of the other levels or service phases according to LPH 1 and 2 therefore does not exist.
