The station building is on the property with the corridor number1867/2. Building and plot are owned by the city of Eichstatt. The station building was built around 1900. It consists of a two -storey wing with corner pavilions and hipped roof and is assigned to the style of the new baroque. The station building is a monument under the file numberD-1-76-123-31 entered in the Bavarian list of monuments. The maximum exterior dimensions of the building are approx. 27.6 m x 11.8 m, the ridge height is approx. 13.75 m above the site. All floor ceilings are wooden beam ceilings, only the basement ceiling (partial basement) was as a Prussian coat ceilingrealized. The station building is currently being used in the areas of the basement, the ground and upper floor of cultural and social institutions as well as commercially. The house connection is located in the basement. Partly the basement is empty, partly there are band exercise rooms thatto be rented. On the ground floor there is a ticket sales of Deutsche Bahn, toilet facilities and storage rooms. On the upper floor there are club rooms of the "Bahnhof-Lieben e.V." housed. There are also vacant living spaces on the upper floor. There are also vacant living spaces in the attic.
