The Hahnbach market (hereinafter "client" or "market") is looking for suitable, reliable and expert entrepreneurs (hereinafter "cooperation partners") for joint cooperation through an institutionalized public-private partnership as part of an EU-wide procurement process (hereinafter "iOePP") for the planning, construction and operation of wind turbines (hereinafter "WEA") as well as the necessary associated infrastructure, such as cable routes. The cooperation is scheduled to last 25 years. It aims to achieve a common expansion target of 28 megawatts (hereinafter "megawatt") installed capacity with wind energy.
