- EnBW intends to conduct offshore geotechnical surveys within the German Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ). The geotechnical survey will be split into a preliminary geotechnical investigation in 2024 (GeoTech 1) and into a subsequently main geotechnical investigation (GeoTech 2) in 2025 to carry out according to the BSH Standard Ground Investigation, 2014. Both geotechnical investigation phases shall include a laboratory testing phase after completion of each geotechnical survey phase where soil samples are examined in the laboratory and defined tests are carried out.
