The city of Hemer plans to expand the Oesetal primary school in Hemer to an open all -day school (OGS). The school is to be prepared for the legal right to an OGS place at primary schools in 2026. The order includes the services of the specialist planning (performance profileStructural planning) according to § 51 HOAI in the performance phases 1-6.

The city of Hemer plans to expand the Oesetal primary school in Hemer to an open all -day school (OGS). The school should be for thefrom 2026 existing legal claim for an OGS place at primary schools.
