The city of Hemer is planning the expansion of the elementary school Oesetal in Hemer to an openAll -day school (OGS). The school is to be prepared for the legal right to an OGS place at primary schools in 2026. The primary school Oesetal is a 2-day primary school in the Becken district of Hemeran.
