The city of Wuerselen intends to renovate and expand the historic "Alter Bahnhof" train station building at Bahnhofstrasse 165 in Wuerselen.
The subject of the VgV procedure is the awarding of planning services for technical building equipment (TGA) in accordance with Section 55 HOAI, service phases 4-9.
The TGA planning includes the technical equipment in the course of the renovation and conversion of the former train station building, the renovation of the adjacent cinema and the planned two-story new building after the demolition of the existing workshop building.
The existing building is particularly worth preserving classified and is being extensively modernized.
The aim of the overall project is to create a children's, youth, family and cultural center that offers a broad, cross-generational offering.
The technical building equipment is in accordance with the requirements for energy efficiency, Plan sustainability, accessibility and operational safety.
The planning and implementation of the project takes place in compliance with the relevant funding, procurement and sustainability-related requirements.
