Description:
According to Section 8a (1) sentence 2 of the PBefG, the Trier Transport Association (VRT) intends to award a public service order (OeDA) via public passenger service with motor vehicles. The subject of the award is all public passenger services of the timetable -freeLine requirements traffic (on-demand traffic / ODV) in accordance with § 44 PBefG in the Saargau operating area and the local community Welschbillig. The OeDA refers to passenger traffic services of local public transport (public transport) i. S. v. § 8 PfefG. This includes line requirements according to § 2 Paragraph 1 No. 3PBefG i. V. M. § 44 PBefG (line requirements traffic). Line requirements traffic can be carried out with motor vehicles. The control performance volume results from the supplementary documents, which can be adjusted annually as required. The adjustments can be added and/ or cancellationsof vehicles and / or from operating times for the driver and / or the order hotline. A. Note on the procedure: The allocation is awarded as a competition allocation according to Art. 5 Para. 1 Clause 2 VO 1370/2007 in conjunction with the fourth part of the GWB. B. Requirements for passenger service: acc.Section 8a (2) sentence 3 PBefG are set with the intended OeDA requirements for the extensive passenger transport services regarding operating areas and operating times, transport wages and standards.
