The subject of this tender is an EVB-IT system contract for the following services at 2 locations of the DAKKS (Berlin and Frankfurt am Main): Delivery and introduction of a operating on-premise telephone communication system For your own IP telephony with a CTI client, including - construction and installation in the data centers of the AG - Configuration for IP telephony at 2 locations - test position (16.12.2025) and commissioning (02.01.2026) - Technical support options - Service and advisory services - Forced separation according to the criterion [B] 3.11 - Rollouts of existing end devices (without licenses) - Setup and configuration of up to 380 mobile users (without licenses) - Setup and configuration of additional 280 softphones (without licenses) eventual positions - after commissioning In addition, up to 280 softphone licenses including maintenance - after commissioning, up to 380 licenses for mobile use including care
