Description:
All job openings at the ECB are published via the ECB-s online recruitment system (Applicant Tracking System). The ECB recruitment process has three main stages: application, shortlisting and interviews. After the closing date for submitting applications, a selection committee draw up a shortlist of candidates. Shortlisted candidates are invited to participate in the next stage of the recruitment process, typically an interview and written exercise or, on occasion, an additional pre-screening exercise. Some of these exercises, for example the pre-screening exercises or the written exercise, may be proctored to maintain the integrity of the application process. The ECB receives a high number of applications, which results in the need for additional assessment tools and proctoring services to support the recruitment process and the selection committee, especially in high-volume campaigns. We therefore require an online platform for test delivery and remote live and automated proctoring services.
