Description:
This announcement serves to conclude agreements with pharmaceutical companies within the meaning of Section 130a Paragraph 8 Sentence 1 SGB V. The invitation to participate is only addressed to pharmaceutical companies or employee groups of pharmaceutical companies within the meaning of Section 4 Paragraph 18Medicines Act directed. This is not an open procedure according to Section 15 VgV i. V. m. § 119 Paragraph 3 GWB, but to publish the invitation to conclude/join discount agreements with non-negotiable conditions set for all participantsI the amount of the discount. Contractual partners can be an unlimited number of pharmaceutical companies or employee associations of pharmaceutical companies within the meaning of Section 4 Paragraph 18 of the Medicines Act.
