The participating health insurance funds pursue the goal of concluding discount agreements with all suitable pharmaceutical companies in accordance with Section 130a Paragraph 8 SGB V for the active ingredient denosumab (see the information for the respective lot for details). of the participating health insurance companies: There are no individual negotiations about the content of the contract; uniform conditions apply. Health insurance companies do not guarantee individual contractual partners exclusivity. The Contract ends on May 31, 2027 at the latest, regardless of the date the contract was concluded. the contract ends automatically at the end of the month in which the patent expires/market exclusivity. Open House Originals Procedure is possible at any time within the contract term. The active ingredient or the combination of active ingredients that is the subject of the process will only be used in the participation and contract documents for those pharmaceutical entrepreneurs who offer/market the medicinal products containing the active ingredient or combination of active substances which are the subject of the proceedings or who credibly provide such medicinal products to the TK within the contractual term offer/place on the market...
