- Open House Biologics Discount Agreements 2025-24 - Ranibizumab The participating health insurance companies aim to conclude discount agreements with all suitable pharmaceutical companies in accordance with Section 130a Paragraph 8 SGB V for the active ingredient ranibizumab. The conclusion of the contract takes place as part of the open house biologics procedure of the participating health insurance companies: individual negotiations about contract content are not conducted; uniform conditions apply. The health insurance companies involved do not provide insurance to individual contractual partners Exclusivity too. The contract term is a maximum of 12 months starting on November 1st, 2025. The contract ends on October 31, 2026 at the latest, regardless of the date the contract was concluded. Joining this open house procedure is within the contract period possible at any time. The information provided regarding the binding period is not relevant here and is solely due to the mandatory requirements of the form. The goal is that Conclusion of drug discount contracts in accordance with Section 130a Paragraph 8 SGB V for the active ingredient ranibizumab as part of an open house procedure.
