Description:
The health insurance funds involved are pursuing the goal of concluding discount agreements for the active ingredient triptorelin embonate with all suitable pharmaceutical companies in accordance with Section 130a (8) SGB V. The conclusion of the contract takes place within the framework of the Open House Biologicals procedure of the health insurance companies involved:
Individual relationshipThere are no changes to the content of the contract, uniform conditions apply. The cash registers involved do not guarantee individual contractual partners any exclusivity. The contract period is a maximum of 24 months starting on May 1st, 2023. The contract ends no later than April 30, 2025, regardless ofg from the date of conclusion of the contract.
If the patent expires before April 30, 2025, the contract ends automatically at the end of the month in which the patent expires.
