The subject of this publication is the conclusion of contracts in accordance with § 130a Para. 8 SGB V for the following active ingredients/combinations of active ingredients as part of a so-called open house procedure:
Aprepitant (A04AD12) only packs with one component other than the 80mg N1 form
Bimatoprost ( S01EE03)
Budesonid (A07EA06, D07AC09, R01AD05, R03BA02) ohne Inhalativa
Clonazepam (N03AE01)
Eisen(II)sulfat (B03AA07)
Emtricitabin/Tenofovirdisoproxil/Rilpivirin (J05AR08)
Hydroxychloroquin (P01BA02)
Lenograstim (L03AA10)
Nadroparin (B01AB06)
Vildagliptinnditions and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or associations of pharmaceutical companies are offered the opportunity to conclude a discount agreement in accordance with Section 130a Paragraph 8 SGB V for the active ingredients/active ingredient combinations mentioned.
DeThe earliest start of the contract is December 1st, 2022. Based on this, the contract period is a maximum of 24 months.
