- The subject of this publication is the conclusion of contracts according to Section 130a (8) SGB V for the following active ingredients/combinations of active ingredients as part of a so-called open-house procedure:
Amifampridine (N07XX05)
Fluorouracil, only combinations (D11AF55)
Folic acid (B03BB01)
formoterolR03AK11)
Imiquimod (D06BB10)
Ivermectin (P02CF01)
Lamivudinazolin (R01AA07)
Under the specification of uniform contract conditions and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or associations of pharmaceutical companies will be able to conclude a discount agreement in accordance with ยง 130a Paragraph 8 SGB V via the genamed active ingredients/active ingredient combinations.
The earliest start of the contract is July 1st, 2023. Based on this, the contract period is a maximum of 24 months.
