Description: The subject of this publication is the conclusion of contracts pursuant to Section 130a (8) SGB V on the following active ingredients / active ingredient combinations within the framework of a so-called open-house procedure:
Abatacept (L04AA24)
Acetylsalicylic acid (B01AC06) exclusively after Appendix I AM-RL Regulatory Products
Desloratadin (r06ax27)
Ertugloflozin (A10BK04)
Gestagen & Estrogens as a vaginal ring (G02BB01)
Goserelin (H01CA05 & L02AE03)
Under the preservation of uniform contract terms and a uniform access procedure, all appropriate and interested pharmaceutical companies or communities of pharmaceutical companies is offered to conclude a discount agreement pursuant to Section 130a (8) SGB V above the above-mentioned active ingredients / active ingredient combinations.
The earliest start of the contract is 01.06.2022. Based on this, the contract period is a maximum of 24 months.
