Description:
This is not an open procedure, but rather a so-called open-house model! The form for the open procedure is only used because there is no form for the open-house model. Contracts concluded in the open-house model are not applicable due to a lack of selection decisionoath does not comply with public procurement law. The use of this form does not involve subjection to procurement regulations. AOK Bayern intends to enter into non-exclusive discount agreements for the active ingredients formoterol and Bec with all interested pharmaceutical companieslometasone, ATC R03AK08, according to Section 130a Paragraph 8 SGB V. AOK Bayern offers all interested pharmaceutical companies that meet the eligibility requirements listed below to conclude identical and non-individually negotiable discount agreements. The earliest possiblee Contract start date is January 1st, 2024, all contracts end on December 31st, 2025. A contract can be concluded at any time during this term, but no later than November 5th, 2025. The contracts can be terminated with one month's notice to the end of the month. When a nationwide or similar regulation comes into forceIf the country-specific discount agreement for medicines with the active ingredient in question is concluded in an open procedure, the open-house agreements automatically expire for the corresponding term.
