• This is not an open procedure, but rather a so-called open-house model! The form for the open process is only used because there is no form for the open-house model. Contracts concluded in the open-house model are not applicable due to a lack of selection decisionoath does not comply with public procurement law. The use of this form does not involve subjection to procurement regulations. AOK Bayern intends to enter into non-exclusive discount agreements for the active ingredient urapidil, ATC C02C, with all interested pharmaceutical companiesA06, to be concluded in accordance with Section 130a Paragraph 8 SGB V. AOK Bayern offers all interested pharmaceutical companies that meet the eligibility requirements listed below to conclude identical and non-individually negotiable discount agreements. The earliest possible start of the contract ist February 1st, 2024, all contracts end on January 31st, 2026. A contract can be concluded at any time during this term, but no later than December 5th, 2025. The contracts can be terminated with one month's notice to the end of the month. When a federal or state-specific regulation comes into forcehey, in the open procedure for a discount agreement for medicines with the active ingredient in the order, the open-house agreements automatically expire for the corresponding term.
