Description:
The health insurance companies involved are pursuing the goal of concluding discount agreements on the active ingredient tofacitinib with all suitable pharmaceutical companies in accordance with Section 130c, Paragraph 1 of the Social Code Book V. The contract is concluded as part of the open-house original procedure of the health insurance companies:
Individual negotiationsGeneral conditions apply. The health insurance companies do not guarantee individual contractual partners any exclusivity. The contract term is a maximum of 24 months starting on January 1st, 2023. The contract ends on December 31, 2024 at the latest, regardless of the dateof the conclusion of the contract. If the patent expires before December 31, 2024, the contract ends automatically at the end of the month in which the patent expires.
