- The health insurance companies involved are pursuing the goal of concluding discount agreements on the active substance dolutegravir with all suitable pharmaceutical companies in accordance with Section 130c SGB V. The contract is concluded as part of the open-house original procedure of the health insurance companies:
Individual negotiations abouthe content of the contract is not listed, uniform conditions apply. The health insurance companies do not guarantee individual contractual partners any exclusivity. The contract term is a maximum of 24 months starting on March 1st, 2023. The contract ends on February 28, 2025 at the latest, regardless of the date of Vclosing date. If the patent expires before February 28, 2025, the contract ends automatically at the end of the month in which the patent expires.
