The TK pursues the goal of concluding discount agreements with all suitable pharmaceutical companies in accordance with Section 130c Paragraph 1 SGB V for the active ingredient combination formoterol_glycopyrronium_budesonide. The contract is concluded as part of the TK Open House Originals procedure: individual negotiations The contents of the contract are not kept, uniform conditions apply. TK does not guarantee individual contractual partners any exclusivity. The contract term is a maximum of 24 months starting on January 1st, 2025. The contract ends on December 31, 2026 at the latest, regardless of the date the contract was concluded. If the patent expires/market exclusivity expires before the above-mentioned end date, the contract ends automatically at the end of the month in which the patent expires/market exclusivity.
