The TK aims to close discount contracts according to Section 130c (1) SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical entrepreneurs to the active ingredient glycopyrronium bromide (daring form: hard capsules with powder for inhalation). The conclusion of the contract takes place as part of the open-house house of the TK: Individual negotiations on contract content are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. The TK does not assume any exclusivity to individual contractual partners. The contract term is a maximum of 24 months starting on June 1st, 2025. The contract ends at the latest on May 31, 2027, Regardless of the date of the conclusion of the contract. In the event of a patent expiry/expiry of the market exploration before the above -mentioned end date, the contract automatically ends with the end of the month of the patent expiration/market exploration.
