• The health insurance companies involved pursue the goal of concluding discount agreements with all suitable pharmaceutical companies in accordance with Section 130c Paragraph 1 SGB V for the active ingredient propranolol (dosage form: oral solution). The contract is concluded as part of the Open House Originals procedureHealth insurance companies: There are no individual negotiations about the content of the contract; uniform conditions apply. The health insurance companies do not guarantee individual contractual partners exclusivity. The contract term is a maximum of 24 months starting on January 1st, 2024. The contract ends at the latestns on December 31, 2025, regardless of the date of conclusion of the contract. If the patent expires before the above-mentioned end date, the contract ends automatically at the end of the month in which the patent expires. Because of the bestIn the event of industrial property rights with regard to the active ingredient or combination of active ingredients that is the subject of the proceedings, the participation and contract documents will only be made available to those pharmaceutical companies that produce medicinal products that are the subject of the proceedingsto offer/place on the market the active active ingredient or the combination of active ingredients that is the subject of the proceedings or to demonstrate to the TK that they intend to offer/place such medicinal products on the market within the term of the contract.
