- The TK pursues the goal of concluding discount agreements with all suitable pharmaceutical companies in accordance with Section 130a Paragraph 8 SGB V for the active ingredient olanzapine embonate. The contract is concluded as part of the TK Open House Originals procedure: Individual negotiations on contract contents take place not managed, uniform conditions apply. TK does not guarantee individual contractual partners any exclusivity. The contract term is a maximum of 24 months starting on September 1st, 2024. The contract ends on August 31, 2026 at the latest, regardless of the date the contract was concluded. Upon patent expiration the above-mentioned end date, the contract ends automatically at the end of the month in which the patent expires. Joining this Open House Originals process is possible at any time within the contract period. Due to the existence of industrial property rights with regard to the subject matter of the contract For the active ingredient or the combination of active ingredients that is the subject of the proceedings, the participation and contract documents are only made available to those pharmaceutical companies that supply medicines for the active ingredient or the combination of active ingredients that are the subject of the proceedings offer/place on the market or demonstrate to the TK that they want to offer/market such medicinal products within the contract term.
